Welcome to the IT support page. Here you can find troubleshooting tips or submit a ticket in regards to your TV, Internet, or cellular services here at Two Rivers Lodge.
Do a soft-reboot to your device
Check for software updates as this usually resolves most problems
If using a wired connection, turn off your wireless. This will ensure your computer does not jump back and forth between connections.
Make sure your TCP/IP and DNS setting are set to auto obtain.
If you get an Access Denied message this means the page is blocked because it violates the usage policy. If this should not be blocked, submit a request with the URL for us to review.
No Picture - Ensure TV is on the "TV" source
No Picture but has sound - Unplug TV for 20 seconds
No Picture or fuzzy - Make sure all cables are plugged in and connected firmly
No Power - Ensure both power buttons are on the "on" position. On back right side of TV, and on the edge of the right side there are two power buttons. The button on back of TV provides the actual power and blue light will be on when power is recieved. The button on side (also can use remote) turns the TV on.
No Picture - Ensure TV is on the "TV" source
Reboot your phone
Turn off LTE - LTE is not used when making phone calls or texting. Only 3G is used. You can see your actual signal levels by disabling LTE.
Cellular coverage is only provided inside Two Rivers Lodge. Service is not garunteed outside of the lodge.

Send an email to support@tworiverslodge.ca and this will automatically generate a request in our ticket system. You will receive an automatic reply when the request has been recieved, and a reply when the ticket has been closed.
